Best way is Lady gaga style I assume- with two walking sticks in each hand.

Haha, Gaga style it is!! I can feel the pain of walking in those shoes just by looking at the photos! I think one would need two lovely guys instead of two sticks. Sticks are so unsightly, it would feel a lot more luxurious to have some uber fit men on each arm

Oh talking about men on a similar concept, a fashion show held in Paris by Louis Vuitton had the same idea but in choreography. The idea is a superb catwalk show with a male model walking along side each female model to carry her bags. Louis Vuitton is such a genius!!!
